Your plan. Your training record.
A workout tracker that remembers the details.
Daily Gain brings your weekly workout planner and gym log together. Save your exercises, record the sets you actually complete, and come back to a clear plan for your next session.
Start tracking freeBuild a week you can follow
Choose your training days and start with a preset or your own exercises. Keep rest days in the schedule. Your Today view shows the session you planned, so you can get started without rewriting your routine each time.
Log sets, reps, and weights as you train
Keep a record of completed exercises and working sets instead of trying to remember them after the gym. Warm-up sets and timed exercises can be recorded too. Your saved targets and completed work stay distinct: planning a set does not count as doing it.
Use your last workout when it helps
Pro adds previous working sets beside your next session and lets you reuse them as a starting point. Higher completed working weights can carry forward to your saved plan, with confirmation for large increases. You remain in control of today’s effort.
A useful record is more than “chest day.”
| Exercise | Set type | Weight | Reps |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bench press | Working set 1 | 135 lb | 8 |
| Bench press | Working set 2 | 135 lb | 7 |
Illustrative log, not a prescribed workout. Record what you actually did; choose your own exercises, weights, and targets.

Questions before you start
Is Daily Gain a free workout tracker?
Yes. Weekly workout planning, workout logging, food and weight logging, and the last 7 days of history are included in Free. No credit card is needed. The app is currently in beta.
Can I bring my existing gym routine?
Yes. Add your own exercises and training days, or use a preset as a starting point. You can edit your saved weekly plan as your routine changes.
Does logging a heavier set change my plan?
On Pro, higher completed working weights can update the matching exercise in your saved plan. Warm-ups, unchecked sets, and target edits alone do not count as completed work.
