Your fitness history, on a calendar.
Daily Gain turns your workout, food, and weight logs into a month-by-month calendar. See which days have activity recorded, open a day for the details, and use your history to make the next week easier.
Start tracking freeRead your month in the right order
The History calendar runs Monday to Sunday. Move between available months and see food, workout, and weigh-in indicators before opening a date. Food plus workout days have a distinct color; a blank day means no activity was logged, not that you failed.
Open the record behind a day
Select a date to see calories, protein, workout activity, and weight at a glance. Open the food, workout, or weight details when you need more context. Food and weight corrections update the original day’s record.
Find your most consistent weekdays
With enough available history, the weekly rhythm view compares logging frequency over up to eight weeks. It waits for at least three of each weekday before naming a pattern. Today and dates before your first recorded activity are excluded, so an unfinished day is not counted against you.
Know what each calendar signal means.
| Signal | What it means |
|---|---|
| Food + workout | Both were recorded that day |
| Some activity | Food, a workout, or a weigh-in was recorded |
| No logs | No activity was recorded; rest or unlogged activity is possible |
Logging consistency is not a health score. A rest day or an unlogged workout can still be part of a useful routine.

Questions before you start
How much fitness history is free?
Free includes the last 7 days of logs, displayed in the calendar. Pro includes up to 365 days. Month navigation follows the history available on your plan.
Can a week of logs show my strongest weekday?
A single week is too small a sample for a recurring pattern. Daily Gain waits for at least three observations of every weekday before identifying the most and least consistent logging days.
Can I track weight as well as workouts?
Yes. Weight check-ins appear with food and workouts in your history. The Progress view also includes weight and activity summaries according to your plan.
